Cantera Partners is a joint venture between the Burlington Capital Group and Delphos International. Our broad range of experience and relationships with the public and private sector, allow us to provide our partners with an array of international financing options for the development and management of enterprises and investment vehicles to help sustain social and economic development in emerging markets.

Burlington Capital Group LLC
Founded in 1984 as an investment banking firm, the Burlington Capital Group has expanded its services into a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors. Our success lies in our ability to adapt to market conditions and develop creative solutions for unique opportunities. Our expertise lies in our ability to build businesses through a variety of means including venture capital and private equity.

The Burlington Capital Group has a long history of financial stability and strength. The Company has served as the general partner for 17 public limited partnerships and four private partnerships. Several of these partnerships have grown into publicly-traded companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange and/or NASDAQ. In total, we have raised, financed and managed total assets of nearly $4 billion and served more than 100,000 investors.

Burlington Capital Group is also involved in international agribusiness fund development and management through anther one its subsidiaries: the Agribusiness Management Company (AMC). AMC is the management company for Agribusiness Partners International, L.P. (API), a $100 million private investment fund organized with credit support and a guarantee from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), an agency of the United States government. The Fund invests in agribusiness and food processing companies in the countries of the former Soviet Union (FSU).
